I don’t make new years resolutions. If you ask me, they’re only ever made to be broken. Instead, I much prefer to make promises to myself, which just so happens to be the name of the free to download workbook I’m attaching to this post.

Christmas cheer is officially here and, before long, the buzz for New Years will be upon us too. But, before we bid goodbye to 2016, it’s time for one of my favourite parts of the year. It’s time to reflect on the year that’s leaving us, to discover how much there is to be grateful for in the past twelve months (even though, at this time, it might have felt like there wasn’t anything) and then to make plans for the year that’s coming around the corner.

For a lot of people, myself included, this is a ridiculously daunting task. That’s why I designed my Promises to Myself workbook. I’ll run you through the process in simple, easy to follow, sections. All I ask in return is that you put in the time and effort to really think about your answers.

You’re not here to be average.

You’re here to be AWESOME!

So, let’s get started, shall we! Download the workbook by clicking here.
